Sometimes
regular cut vinyl just won't do. Flying Trout
Works can
supply you with short-run printed vinyl decals. Ordinarily this is very
expensive or non-available in small quantities. That's where Flying
Trout Works comes in. We can print a minimum quantity of one!
(Minimum order price still applies, though.) We also offer longer
run screen-printed decals in a variety of sizes and colors and finishes.
| ARTWORK
INFORMATION
To avoid an artwork charge of $30/hour billed in 15 minute increments, please have proper artwork for us to use. There will be no artwork charge for any job that is formatted for us correctly for immediate output. Preferably artwork should be in vector format, created in illustration programs such as Illustrator, FreeHand and CorelDRAW. Sorry, but sending artwork in any Microsoft software will automatically incur an design charge. Print jobs can be bitmaps so long as no die-cuts are required. In these cases is an adequate die-cut is not provided we will create one at our artwork charge. |
Prices (Short Runs)
$5.00/sq ft (3.5¢/sq in) for printing
on intermediate vinyl.
$7.50/sq ft (5.2¢/sq in) for
printing on premium vinyl.
Longer run jobs will have to be quoted out to get you the best possible deal.
Color Matching
If you need an exact match to a color we charge $50.00 set-up to get as close as possible. This does not guarantee an exact match, since some colors are simply out of the color gamut range of the inks and substrate.
Lamination
Lamination is highly recommended if the printed vinyl is to be outdoor in the elements. The sun's UV rays are especially harmful. $0.95/sq ft.
